Position Overview

We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualised care to clients
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and transport
• Implement and monitor individual care plans
• Facilitate community engagement and social activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Selection Criteria

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication skills
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
